from Releases. - Put it somewhere in your PATH.

displayflow.exe [MonitorConfigs] [Command] [Flags]

Format: ID:Width:Height:X:Y:Primary:Rotation:Frequenz

(Run without params or doubleclick .exe to see your IDs)
